Who should attend?
The CPR & AED course is designed to train individuals who require training in basic life support and the use of automated external defibrillation. This course fulfils the Dubai Tourism Board and Ambulance Service Centre requirements for First Aiders at hotels. It is suitable for any students, even without prior knowledge.
What will they learn?
This course will provide the necessary skills to manage a patient that is unconscious and not breathing normally until the arrival of the emergency services. They will gain confidence to use these skills through practical application on themselves and on manikins.

Assessment
Continuous assessment during the course plus a summative assessment of knowledge and skills at the end of the course.
Certificate and Validity
Cardio Pulmonary resuscitation & Automated External Defibrillation certificate from First Aid International *, valid for 1 year.
Entry requirement
Participants should have Basic English skills. Minimum age: 16 years.
