Who should attend?
Individuals who attended the Advanced First Aid and want to extend their First Aid skills and knowledge to a comprehensive level. This is not a stand alone course.

What will they learn?
Students gain the skills and knowledge to deal with further emergency situations which can happen daily at work or at home. They will deepen and confirm their prior knowledge and skills and gain more confidence in practical application on themselves and on manikins.

• CPR for casualty with spinal injury
• Immobilising fractures with bandages & slings
• Casualty simulation

Course duration
8 hours in total (1 day)

Assessment
Continuous assessment during the course and final assessment; candidates must show competence to apply learned skills prompt, safe and effective.

Certificate and Validity
Senior First Aid certificate from Safety & Leisure Training Middle East*, valid for 3 years.

Entry requirement
Participants must hold Advanced First Aid certificate, gained within the last six month. They should have good English skills. Minimum age: 15 years.
